Event description

3-hour kickoff event, includes speaking, group activities, and Q&A

Desired outcomes

Team building, creating connection, inspiring creativity, motivation, finding team members’ strengths as well as embracing the
company’s mission.

Proposed schedule

2-hour interactive workshop - (hyperlinks are exercises that I have been used in the past)

  • 1/2 hr Introduction/ speaking - What is Flow, how does it work? Why do we want it in the workplace? Teaching about the neuroscience of creativity, motivation, and productivity. How can each team member tap into their strengths in order to contribute to the whole and make AuthØ even MORE awesome?

  • 1/2 hr - Individual exercise - An exercise to help each team member connect to their unique strengths, individuality, motivation, and flow.

  • 1/2 hr speaking - How do we work together towards our goals? How do we harness motivation, learn new skills, and challenge ourselves? How do we find the bravery to speak up and work together? We will talk about specific techniques teams can use in brainstorming sessions to open up and innovate.

  • 1/2 hr - Group exercise - A fun exercise to help connect to each other as individuals, as well as find GROUP FLOW! Each group will find that bringing play and exploration into the creative process, stimulates connection, but also so many fresh ideas!

1-hour lunch / Q&A

It might be fun to give folx some time during lunch to think of questions that they can ask and then have a Q&A afterward. I’m an open book! Ask me anything about flow, the creative process, intuitive innovation, or neuroscience.

FEE: $2,200.00

Testimonials

“Esther was amazing to work with and exceptional at creating professional development that met the needs of our staff. She led a workshop on creativity and innovative thinking for our teachers prior to the school year starting. It included a focus on finding inspiration and Flow. This was the perfect launch to our school year, a year of teaching remotely and requiring significant creative thinking. Teachers raved about Esther's session, sharing that it was informative, relevant, inspiring, and fun.” — Principal, Bellevue School District

“Esther's presentation on intuition was engaging and informative. Students enjoyed Esther’s interactive style, colorful slides, and warm dialogue. It was a morning that elevated the necessity for therapists to tap into their own curiosity and compassion in order to provide competent clinical treatment.” — Christie Eppler, PhD, LMFT, Program Director and Professor Couples and Family Therapy

“Thanks for the thought and research you put into this! This is really practice and something I can try with my team. I especially like the idea of assigning goals that are not too far out of someone’s skill set, but challenging enough to get them into a state of flow”
— Seattle Creative Mornings participant

I look forward to inspiring creativity and flow in your team!
